Recipe: Ham and Spinach Quiche

Ingredients:

– 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach

– 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped

– 4 eggs, beaten

– 1 (16 ounce) package cottage cheese

– 2 cups sredded cheddar cheese

– 1/4 cup crushed croutons

– 1 frozen pre-made pie crust

 

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Lightly grease a 9 inch pie or quiche pan.

3. Chop green onions and place in mixing bowl.

4. Defrost spinach and add to bowl.

5. Add cottage cheese, cheddar, and eggs.

6. Mix until combined.

7. Pour mixture into pie crust.

8. Sprinkle extra cheese on top of mixture.

9. Bake uncovered in preheated oven 1 hour, until filling is set (fairly firm).
