Poll: M-A Seniors in the 2020 Primaries

by Nate Viotti

The M-A Chronicle sent out a poll to M-A seniors enrolled in Government and Economics classes prior to the March 3rd, 2020 California Primary (“Super Tuesday”) asking for students to choose their favorite presidential candidate, Democrat or Republican. Overall, we received 161 responses, representing almost a third of the M-A Class of 2020.

As the poll was sent out in mid-February, the results do not reflect the suspension of Pete Buttigieg, Tom Steyer, and Amy Klobuchar’s campaigns. The candidates who have dropped out of the race are marked with an asterisk (*) next to their names in the results.

These statistics include only those who are eligible and intend to vote in the March 3rd primary.
